The type of approach I use can help you if you are open to looking at the ways you have experienced life till this point and considering patterns that no longer serve you to reach your goals.
This can seem very overwhelming or daunting and so the process is done at a pace that is comfortable for you.
What I love so much about this work, is that through understanding the "mechanics" of how we think and feel. We can begin to realize why we act and feel the way we do. We can then gradually move through to making different choices and observe life and ourselves with more compassion and understanding. This in turn enables us to connect with others in healthier more loving ways.
From the moment of birth, and even before, we learn about relationships and connection through the environment we live in. Our homes, our families, siblings, schools and culture are all part of what makes us who we are. We are unique, and so the therapeutic relationship is about you and your particular experience.
